The term industrial revolution era 4.0 is now increasingly developing where renewable technologies have entered to take over several human roles in completing various aspects of life. This era, which is also known as the era of digital technology advancement, has greatly impacted various aspects of life, both in the fields of politics, economy, culture, art, and even education. The presence of digital technologies, especially in the field of education, has become an innovation for educators in the midst of increasingly advanced and rapid educational developments. In addition, the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 in the field of education is also a challenge for institutions and education personnel. These challenges and innovations are of course interrelated with each other in the learning process which of course must be adapted to the challenges of the technology-based era.
The presence of the industrial era 4.0 has an impact on aspects that are not only related to the profession or human work, but also to human identity, for example the language aspect. Millions of books, international journals, magazines, articles, and so on can be accessed so easily with the presence of today's very sophisticated technology. Technological advances in this era allow the ability to store scientific works resulting from studies in the field of language (linguistics) and literature which is almost unlimited. An academic can very easily get the desired reference in order to make various new breakthroughs in the field of language and literature, of course related to education. It also allows researchers from various countries to be connected to each other through various online applications, such as the Zoom application or Google Meet.

In the digital era, technology can make it easier for humans to collaborate, share knowledge, and participate in social debates that raise issues related to the study of language and literature. The presence of ICELL 2022 is a vehicle that provides opportunities for networks of linguistic and literary practitioners at home and abroad to synergize with each other between academic and non-academic institutions. The word "synergy" describes the essence of combining the strengths of language and literature observers in academia such as lecturers, researchers, and students, as well as non-academics (writers or humanists) to develop the latest breakthroughs to answer challenges related to language and language education literature.
The International Conference on Language Education, Linguistics and Literature (ICELL) is an annual international conference organized by the English Department at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Bangka Belitung University. This activity was formed with the aim of developing and disseminating information related to language education, especially in the field of linguistic and literary studies. The information in question is of course related to renewable innovations in the field of language and literature both at home and abroad. ICELL was formed in collaboration with the Department of English Literature and PT. Global Academic Media who are members of the Asian international conference.
This international conference will involve a series of activities in the form of plenary lectures, presentations of papers and posters in parallel, and various other interactive events. We also invited a number of the best practitioners who were experts in the study of linguistic and literary education as keynote speakers and invited speakers at the plenary lectures session. Parallel sessions for the presentation of papers and posters are designated as a means of discussion related to issues in the field of linguistic and literary education. To support the event, workshops and discussion forums are presented during the symposium.
Dissemination of Research Results aims to facilitate researchers to be able to publish their research results in national and international journals indexed by Scopus and Non-Scopus so that they can be recognized nationally and internationally.
